Pricing and Quotes
How is junk removal priced?
Pricing is based on the amount and type of material being removed, along with access and loading requirements. A single item is a smaller job than a packed garage; a hot tub that needs disassembly takes more time than a couch at the curb. We give you a clear price before work begins, and you approve it before we start.
How do I get a price fast?
Text a few photos to 816-588-2505 or request a quote online. Photos let us size the job without a visit. If you would rather talk it through, call.
Is the quote free?
Yes. Getting a price costs nothing and there is no obligation. If you decide not to move forward, that is fine.
Do I pay before the job is done?
No. You approve the price first, we do the work, and payment is collected when the job is complete.
What if there is more junk than I described?
We tell you before loading anything extra and update the price for your approval. You stay in control of the final number.
Services and What We Haul
What will you haul away?
Furniture, mattresses, appliances, hot tubs, garage and basement clutter, yard debris, renovation leftovers, electronics, exercise equipment, and the contents of estates, storage units and rentals. Not sure about something? Text a photo to 816-588-2505 and ask.
What can't you take?
Hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste. We can point you to the right Jackson County or Cass County disposal option for those.
Do you do estate cleanouts?
Yes. We clear a property respectfully and efficiently after a loss or ahead of a sale, working around anything the family wants to keep. See estate cleanouts.
Can you handle a hoarding cleanout?
Yes, with professionalism and zero judgment. These jobs often take multiple loads, so we walk the property with you, give you a price, and set a clear plan before starting.
Do you remove hot tubs?
Yes. We drain, disassemble as needed, and haul the tub without damaging your deck or yard. Please turn the power off at the breaker before we arrive; we do not perform electrical work.
Can you remove just one item?
Absolutely. One couch, one mattress, one refrigerator. You do not need to fill a truck to call us.
Do you work with businesses and landlords?
Yes. Property managers, realtors, landlords, contractors and offices use us for cleanouts, turnovers and debris removal. See commercial junk removal.
Scheduling and Process
How does the process work?
Three steps. Show us the junk by text, online or phone. We reply with a clear price. You approve it, and we come out to do the lifting, loading and hauling, then sweep up.
How soon can you come out?
We confirm availability when we reply with your price. Calling 816-588-2505 is the quickest way to check the schedule.
Do I need to be home?
Someone who can approve the price and give us access should be reachable. If everything is agreed ahead of time and we can get to the items, you do not have to stay for the haul.
Do I need to move items to the curb?
No. We haul from garages, basements, attics and backyards. All the lifting and carrying is included.
What are your hours?
Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Text or request a quote online any time and we reply during business hours.
Service Area
What cities do you serve?
Independence, Kansas City, Lee's Summit, Raytown, Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Grandview, Sugar Creek, Oak Grove, Belton, Raymore and Greenwood. See the service areas page for details on each.
Do you serve the Kansas side of the metro?
Our regular coverage is the Missouri side of the metro. If you are just outside the listed communities, call 816-588-2505 and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
Is pricing different in farther cities?
Every community is quoted the same way: one clear price before work begins, based on the material, access and loading for your specific job.
Recycling and Disposal
What happens to my junk?
We sort before disposal. Usable furniture and household goods go to local donation partners when practical, metals and electronics go to recyclers, and only what cannot be reused goes to the landfill.
Do you recycle appliances?
Yes. Appliances go to appliance recyclers, and units containing refrigerant are handled according to EPA requirements.
Can you donate usable furniture?
Yes, and we prefer to. Tell us when you send photos or when we are on site and we will route it to a local charity or thrift partner when practical.
