Do I need to sort anything before you arrive?
No. Point out anything you want to keep and we handle the rest. If it helps, set keep items to one side so nothing gets loaded by mistake.
Can you clear a shed or detached storage building too?
Yes. Sheds, barns and storage buildings are handled the same way as a garage. Let us know in your photos so we plan for the walk to the truck.
What can't you take from a garage?
Hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane tanks, pesticides and asbestos. Everything else in a typical garage is fine.
Will you take a full garage in one trip?
Most garages fit in one load. If a job needs a second trip, we tell you in the quote so there are no surprises.
Do you donate or recycle items from garage cleanouts?
When practical, yes. Usable furniture and tools go to local donation partners and metal is recycled. Anything that cannot be reused goes to the landfill.
