Do you charge extra to go upstairs or into tight spaces?
No. Our all-inclusive pricing covers carrying items from any floor or area of your home to our truck. No stair fees, no difficult-access surcharges.
Can I add items once the crew arrives?
Yes. If you have additional items beyond what you originally described, the crew will reassess the volume and update the price before loading anything extra. You're never locked into a price that doesn't match the actual work.
Do you recycle or donate residential junk?
We do our best to keep usable items out of the landfill. Furniture and household goods in good condition are donated to local charities. Metals and electronics are recycled. Only items that can't be reused or recycled go to the landfill.
How soon can you come out?

What can't you take?
