Quotes
A quote is our price for the job as you described and showed it to us. It is based on the amount and type of material to be removed, plus access and loading requirements. If the job turns out to be different from what was described, for example more items, hazardous materials, or access we could not see in photos, we will tell you before doing anything extra and give you an updated price to approve. Nothing is removed until you approve a price.
Scheduling
We confirm availability when we reply with your price. Arrival windows are estimates; we will let you know if we are running behind. Either of us may reschedule with reasonable notice.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. The price you approved is the price you pay for the work described.
What we can and cannot remove
We remove household, commercial and construction items that can be legally disposed of, donated or recycled. We do not remove hazardous materials, including paint, chemicals, solvents, motor oil, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste. If we find such materials during a job, we will leave them in place and let you know.
Your property
Please make sure we have access to the items and a clear path to the truck, and point out anything that should stay. We work carefully around walls, floors and landscaping. Items you tell us to remove are treated as unwanted, and once they leave your property we cannot return them; please check drawers, boxes and pockets first.
Disposal
We decide how removed items are donated, recycled or disposed of. We donate and recycle whenever practical, but we cannot promise that any particular item will be donated or recycled.
Photos
Photos you send us are used to price and plan your job. We will not publish photos of your property without asking you first.

Limitation
To the extent permitted by Missouri law, our responsibility for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
